You Rack Disciprine!


I really do ...
Down another 0.4 lbs. At this rate I'll be at my target in ... *does math on his fingers* ... 151 weeks, or some time around 2020.

I still haven't been to the gym, because I "rack disciprine". I did get up and jog last night for about 10 minutes. Basically one full circuit around my neighborhood. I cut it short because it was 9:30 at night and I was setting off all the neighbor's dogs. I also realized it's been about 2 years since I last did any real cardio ... and it showed. Good lord it showed.

Going forward, I'm going to try to jog every other night and see if I can't get both my endurance and my run times back up. Preferably with a trip to the gym on the off days.
