Not true to scale ....

Getting it done ...
So, Monday was cardio just to get the feet wet. Tuesday was a rest day. Yesterday, though ... yesterday I finally got over my gym anxiety and actually did something more than an elliptical.

Goblet Squats: 10 @ 20 lbs, 2x10 @ 30 lbs
One-Arm Row: 3x10 @ 15 lbs
Elevated Push-Ups: 2x10, 1x5
Farmer's Walk: 60s @ 30 lbs

Squats seem about right at 30 lbs - I'll up it to 35 next time.
The rows I'll probably up to 20 lbs - 15 was a noticeable weight, but not overly strenuous.
Push-ups are, well, push-ups.
Farmer's walk I'll probably end up doubling the weight - 30 lbs was barely noticeable.

Overall I've got a long way to go, but I'm feeling accomplished and that's important - morale is probably the most important part of training, followed by nutrition, and then followed by the actual exercises being done.

Tomorrow is measurement day - I'm expecting to make this face:
