Respawn

Oh, it's you assholes again. Can't anyone else find these things?!

Your wish ... has been granted ...
The Dragon Balls have been gathered, and a wish has been made to resurrect my fitness plan.

I've got a lovely bunch of Dragon Balls ...

My focus has been pretty crap lately, so I decided to just let it go on Sunday, and do what the NFA calls a "respawn" - exactly what you think it means. You "died" at some point during your current level progression, and you're re-spawned to keep going.

On that note, I spent 30 minutes on an elliptical last night, as well as about 45 minutes of swimming with various intensities. Overall, my Pebble 2 thinks I burned about 700 calories in excess of my BMR. Granted, that's over the entire day, but a good chunk of that was through last night's shenanigans. I actually had to try and eat about 1300 calories for dinner to hit my goal ... which is already a 1000 calorie deficit!

The other piece of good news is that I'm down to 241.6 lbs as of Saturday. Granted, 1.8 lbs over the past three weeks isn't quite the 2lbs per week I'm aiming for. It's not even an average of 1 lb per week. That's only 0.6 lbs per week. Still, it's steady progress so I'm not going to get discouraged.
