On the left, my diet - on the right, my goals


I let my guard down for one second ...
Whelp, back up to 241.2.

There's a few reasons I can see for this:

  1. The scale is broken and/or fucking with me
  2. I had a large dinner last night and had not ... removed it at the time of weighing
  3. I'm putting on muscle from the gym
  4. I'm a fat fuck with fat fucker tendencies
I'm leaning towards #4.

In my defense, this week has been nothing but a non-stop allergy barrage, which I think would try anyone's dietary stoicism. Unfortunately, this has led to me not really tracking my food all week, and I think we can all see the result.

There is some evidence for #3, though - my pants are still falling off and I wore a Large shirt yesterday without feeling like I was cosplaying as a stuffed sausage.

In other news, I'll be trying the level 3 boss fight in Nerd Fitness, Thunderlord Oversquat. Assuming all goes well, I'll be moving on to level 4 and a whole new set of torture ... I mean, exercises.
