One Month Check-In
We laughed, we cried ...
Well, the numbers don't lie, so let's take a look at them, shall we?
| Measurement | Value | Change |
| Neck | 17" | - 1" |
| Chest | 43" | - 1.5" |
| Waist | 44.75" | - 1.75" |
| Hips | 42" | - 1" |
| Biceps (average) | 14.9" | + 0.25" |
| Forearms (average) | 12.5" | + ~0.25" |
| Thighs (average) | 26.25" | + 0.25" |
| Calves (average) | 18" | +/- 0" |
| Weight | 240.4 lbs | - 3.0 lbs |
| Body Fat % | 31.5% | + 4.5% |
So, overall I think I'm doing well. Most of the red are in areas that aren't as indicative of body fat, so that's a plus. I also chalk a lot of this change up to inconsistent measuring. The BF%, for example, is using the caliper method and I'm pretty sure I did it wrong last time.
The big wins here are the 1" reduction of my hips, almost 2" reduction of my waist, and 3 lbs exactly lost from my first weigh in (not from 250 - as I've said before, I'm pretty sure that was an inaccurate starting value).
