It's Over Nine Thous .... er, Four.



I may have to start eating more ...

So, weighed myself this morning - 236! Considering my weigh-in last week was 240.4,  that's over 4 lbs in a week!

Once I got over feeling smugly accomplished (see above), I realized something - 4 lbs/week is not a healthy, sustainable pace. Once in a while is okay, but if the trend continues I may have to start upping my intake - oh no, what ever will I do?

In other news, I've reached a new threshold on my weight training - 50 lbs overhead press (25 / arm), 40 lbs Goblet Lunge, and my assisted chin up only uses 90 lbs of assistance, rather than the 100 I was using last week.

Gonna finish out this week, and maybe do the same cycle next week, and then hit the boss battle - Thunderlord Oversquat. That's going to have me doing as many 30 lb Goblet Squats, Knee Push-ups, and Assisted Chin-ups I can do, as well hang from a bar for as long as I can.

Assuming all goes well, I'll advance to the Level 4 Gym workout.
