Weekend Survival and Weigh-In
Slow, but steady ...
Managed to avoid eating my body weight this past weekend. Overall, I ate about 400 calories more than I should have between Friday and Saturday. Considering that I'm eating at about a 1000 calorie deficit to try to hit 2lbs per week, that's not all bad. Still in a deficit, still loosing weight.
Speaking of which, I dropped half a pound - 242.8 lbs. I chalk that up to still honing in my diet, lack of exercise, and the fact that I didn't weight myself last week until Thursday.
On the topic of exercise, I've been stalling. No way around it. I've got access to the gym at work, I just haven't used it. I tried to get up early this morning - mixed results. Gonna keep trying though. I'm going to use this week to try to change my sleep habits, and dive into the gym on Saturday.
At least, that's the plan ... man I need more willpower.
