Well, shit ...

Whelp, I done messed up Vegeta.

I lost 0.8 lbs, and then gained back an additional 3 lbs (along with the short lived 0.8 lbs), and am just now back down another 2.8 lbs. It's been a roller-coaster of a month, and it's my own damn fault. I let me desire for sweets get the better of me, and it shows.

Well, enough crying - let's see what the damage is:

A couple of indiscretions not only ruined my monthly results, it actually set me back overall. Weight is up, BF% is up, pretty much everything that should be green is red, and vice-versa.

Well, screw that - July 14th is going to be different. I plan to see green all over that list. Daily tracking, period. Gym at least 3 times a week, aiming for 5.

Enough of my bull, time to get it done.
