Two Month Check-In
Apparently it was a good month ...
Finally got around to getting my measurements and progress pictures, and I'm honestly a bit surprised. You can see the photos (if you wish) on the Progress Photo page.
In the meantime, here's the numbers:
| Measurement | Value | Change |
| Neck | 16.75" | - 0.25" |
| Chest | 43.00" | +/- 0.00" |
| Waist | 43.00" | - 1.75" |
| Hips | 42.00" | +/- 0.00" |
| Biceps (average) | 14.50" | - 0.38" |
| Forearms (average) | 12.00" | - 0.50" |
| Thighs (average) | 26.25" | +/- 0.00" |
| Calves (average) | 17.50" | - 0.50" |
| Weight | 231.00 lbs | - 9.40 lbs |
| Body Fat % | 28.00% | - 3.50% |
No gains, all losses or at least maintenance - how the hell did I manage that?
Once again, I feel that Body Fat % is the least accurate. Rather than doing the skin-fold test, which is really difficult to do the same each time, I used an estimate based measurements: http://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bodyfat
The only numbers I don't have are the wrist circumference, which I can quickly get.
I think I'll continue using this approach as I feel it'll be more consistent.
