Could be worse, I suppose ...
Weight went up, not down. Granted, only by 0.2 lbs, so not terrible.
I still haven't completely re-spawned (and let's be honest, that's what it is at this point. I think I'm going on 3 weeks without any real gym presence). I've been talking with 18, and we've decided that we're doing a last hurrah this weekend (due to a pair of birthdays bracketing it), and starting fresh on Monday. What's going to be real interesting is that Sunday is measurement day - that'll be some good news >.>
One of the things we're looking at doing is getting a smart scale to help us track our weight and other things daily. I'm currently looking at the Withings Body Cardio - Wi-Fi enabled so I don't have to have my phone on me when I weigh in, and it tracks body fat %, resting heart rate, and a couple of others. Granted, I can get my RHR pretty easy as it stands, but it's nice to have it included.
